Question:
When rich business executives hire a limo driver, there are circumstances where they might be running late and will demand that the driver break the speed limits or they might demand that the driver run through a red light in order to make a meeting on time. If the car gets pulled over by the cops, who gets the ticket? And whose driving record will it go against?

what is the best kind of mask to protect from germs and polluton during commuting?
I guarantee you that the "driver" is ALWAYS the one who gets the ticket. However.......if someone demanded me, as a Limo Driver, to haul *** or run a light, or do this or that.....they better guarantee me in writing or something that they will totally compensate me financially and hire the lawyer to fight the ticket in court to keep it OFF the driver's record. How can I learn to parallel park?
That's the best way to get rid of tickets anyway, is hire a lawyer, unless you're good enough to go in and fight them without a lawyer. The driver always suffers, no matter who the passengers are.

the driver, in my line of work, inventory, we travel alot, and sometimes are running late, some of our drivers get ticketed alot,, and they pay it, even though its a company van,,,,,,,most companies have rules hidden in their employee rules stating their drivers must follow all traffic rules/speeds,,,,,, though, as you said, employers often turn the other way and ignore infractions, we had a driver lose her license for excessive tickets,,,if you are driving after curfew and pulled over in illinois, will you be arrested?
finally, a person renting a limo,, the driver is employed by the limo company, not the passenger
ps: when i drive i never speed, its not worth a whole days pay!!
Probably the driver...he can always refuse to speed...even if the exec demands the driver speed, the driver is still in control and can use the defense of doing what is best for him and his employer, not to mention abiding by the law. It would depend on the contract he has with his employer and the state laws where they are located.
