Usually its because people tailgate in heavy traffic times so the "merging" traffic has to slow down or stop in order to get into the moving traffic lanes. If people were to give the 8 to 10 car lengths between each other that they are SUPPOSED to give while driving at those speeds, then merging would not be an issue...Can we expect lower gas price in this year?
