So if you get some slow person in front of you then you get some other guy behind you and hes all up in your back seat, it feels like. If I were to hit my brakes they are so close they will hit me!

just move to californiaSlow down a little so the next chance they have to pass hopefully they do. Don't do the "hit the brakes and make them hit you" thing. I've seen someone do that and they also were fined for causing the accident. That person actually said that he did it on purpose because he was being tailgated. There are definitely others who are teasing you in hopes that you will act to be in fault so they can get their piece of junk fixed at the cost of your insurance. Whatever happens, you will never be able to satisfy people who show that they don't care if they threaten you by being close to you with a 65 mph (probably faster) chunk of steel.
