My friend and I are going on a road trip. It's going to be approx. a 750 mile drive. She has a 2000 Oldsmobile Alero. We're splitting the gas costs, so I was wondering what a rough estimate would be fore how much it will cost in gas to drive that far? Thanks!

i own a shop,and i would have to know how much mileage she if is getting to the gallon,,you can make a trip like this on a tank and a half,so figure how much it holds,i don't know that info,but its not going to cost that much to make the trip,two tanks should get you there if its 750 one way,and two back,so you can figure it from there,good luck i hope this help,s.i believe your car is a 6 cylinderinder with a 3.4 or a 4 cyl 2.4 litters engine i will imagine 4 full tanks of gas round trip.i went on a trip to lake Tahoe left from Cali on a v8 land rover and i burnt 4 full thanks but the land rover is a 4.0 v8 engine but like i said is roughly idea on cost no exact numbers hope i help
