What is the traffic condition like?

I am going to go to sonoma state. I want to know what the traffic condition is going to be like in the moring at 8am and in the afternoon at 5pm. I am going to Rohnert Park, Ca. From Vallejo California. If you live in the area please reply if you travel those direction. If not please not response.
