how many gallons to drive 1,500 miles in a BMW 525d 04 plate?

Bad idea. Kids at 16 make poor decisions, let alone at 13 or 15. It would be more convenient but not a good idea.

reversing back?

I'm 19 and have been driving for the last 3 years, and I've noticed that its not only kids who can't drive, but everyone can't. In the last week I have nearly been hit, 5 or 6 times because of other people cutting me off, stopping for green lights (ya, figure that one out), turning the opposite direction of they're signal, not watching where they're going, and YES, EVERYONE WAS ON A CELL PHONE. I've seen a lot of young driver be very good drivers, and I've seen some do many stupid things. I've also seen a lot of "experianced" drivers do the same. So its not just young drivers who are bad. They can't drive to your standards becasue they have thier heads up thier asses while talking on a cell phone and playing with the radio, they just don't know how dangerious driving can be. I've seen many older drivers do the same, so its not just young drivers.

Can People with Epliepsy drive in California?

That is a very bad idea. You see the number of bad drivers there currently are on the road? Imagine how that would be if you added 13 year olds to the mix. The age was set to 16 in most states for a reason: by the age of 16, one should be physically and mentally mature enough to handle a potentially dangerous motor vehicle. I would believe that automobiles are involved in the majority of violent deaths in America. That is an indicator of how dangerous cars can be.

If I have EZ Pass can I get a Speeding ticket at a toll booth?

Personally, I believe that the driving age should be move to 18, and the drinking age lowered to 16, as it is in Europe. By the time one starts driving, therefore, one would have learned one's limits in drinking. The novelty of alcohol will also have worn off, so there would be less inclination to binge-drink at college, and also drive whilst intoxicated.

How many California carpool stickers are left for hybrids?

I'm 13 and i can drive a manual =D However people in america need to learn how to drive. Talking on the cell phone has the SAME performance as driving drunk. We need to be more like germany and make driving a 100% attentian requiring occupation not something we do while talking on a cellphone, eating a hotdog and drinking a slurpie.

gas mileage?

The schools don't teach drivers ed. any more and most likely their parents are sloppy drivers as well. They race around town with their $250.00 muffler on a piece of sh_t $12.00 car. Maybe it's Dodge Neon or a wheezing Civic with $1000. - $2000 worth of wheels and tires while squawking on their cell-phones not paying attention to crap. They should all learn to drive from a professional instructer. If the instructer notices they're not driving properly, tough, take the class again. Thave no clue that driving is a shared privilage.

Which parts of the German autobahn network have no speed limit?

Im officialy driving since 14 on the streets. I've presented some attitudinal tests. I also went to skip barber and raced at laguna seca speedway for 1 yr and a half. At the age of 18 MazdaSpeed gave me an RX-8 Rotary. It isn't a bad idea, the thing is to teach kidas that cars aren't those toys like hot wheels and things like that they can crash. im 20 now and i live in Colombia

Locking the snow chains on my tires?

from what i noticed, for MOST of those who just reach the legal age to learn to drive, their judgement to predict a possible collision is pretty bad. SOME of them just want to rush to things. pretty dangerous. SOME of them learn, to race, and their judgement can be pretty bad... for MOST middle aged learners, i see their judgement is alot better, they can think and react to situations faster. their level of alertness is also much better...

Is there a scientific explanation for the "highway syndrome"?

directions?

advice: those guys wait a long time too, to get to learn to drive. just wait a few more years, like they did. besides, road hazards are more these days. better be safe than sorry.

Is your commuter train often late for getting you to work?

Most kids at that age have not developed the experience of driving. I really would hate to be one the highway or any street knowing that there are 13 to 15 yr olds driving. There are 16 yr olds and above who still are very immature.
