When you are waiting at the Traffic Lights, do you pick your Nose?

Heck I may be a little hardcore but I would at least attempt to go into work. I think that you have made a commitment to your employer to be at work everytime you possibly can. But then again if the roads are dangerous then it may be smart to stay home.

Are stoplights triggered by time relays or traffic sensors?

I would probably stay home, and give my job a call. But if you go in, you look dedicated and determined. If the roads are that bad, i dont think you should risk it. Your life is more important than your life.
Good Luck Choosing, im sure you'll make the right choice.

Whats the difference between drive and over drive?

If the authorities issue a snow emergency declaration that says only emergency vehicles are allowed on the roads, you obey it unless you have a compelling reason (like some other law that requires you to do something) to violate it. Showing up just to be or look dedicated is not enough. If you have to perform or undergo surgery, you go. If you have a trial or hearing scheduled and the court has not expressly cancelled it, you go. If you're a lawyer and your client is going to suffer some adverse legal consequence of you not getting something done or filed, you go. That kind of thing = go to work. Winning some brownie points for showing up when no one else does or just getting ahead on some project that really could wait? No way, bucko.

Commute time from Teaneck, NJ to Manhattan?

Heck, if your car cannot be driven because of snow, then they ought to allow you to take your snowmobile to work. I would LOVE that.

How to avoid accident by travelling in bus?

Many people need only the weakest excuse to stay home.

How long would it take?

Dink, in my county, thousands of citizens follow the snow plows and hundreds end their travel badly. Short of military enforced
curfew and travel restrictions (Warning shots are authorized),
Americans will strap on their wheeled conveyances when they feel the need, and let God decide who is last road warrior.
