There is a legal time limit on issuing you with an intention to prosecute notice, which is 2 weeks, unless you have been involved in an accident, then they don't have to warn you about intending to prosecute you at all, cos you should already know.If a speed camera has flashed you, if it only flashed once (if it was a Gatso), you are OK, it was out of film. If it flashed twice, you may still be OK, but you have probably been caught. If you haven't heard anything after 2 weeks, you can rest easy, you got away with it...... this time.
