like it, get out and walk"! It was a long ten miles and cold outside.
Later a childhood friend of mine was hit from behind by a school
bus at a stop sign on his motorcycle and almost died.

If the drivers are this bad, then you can help the community and have some fun by following some of these suggestions.If someone isn't stopping their school bus when they cross railroad tracks, call your local police department or your state's highway patrol. If nothing happens, try your local news program. Clips of busses running over tracks make a great story.

In my state, a school bus driver isn't supposed to have any alcohol for six hours before driving. If they have been drinking, students should call the police imediately. Just be pretty sure, because the driver will almost certainly get pulled over.

Well.. lol I understand where you are coming from.. but my mother is a school bus driver and she is very well liked by her kids she brings back and forth to school in the bus. They get her gifts in the holiday's, my mom sometimes will go out on school trips with them, etc. Some bus drivers just hate their job and honestly the way some kids act I cannot blame them. Some bus drivers are wayyyy out of line though, like with the examples you gave with someone who reeks of alcohol or a crazy old guy... honestly, if you feel that uncomfortable with the driver I would report them before something serious were to happen.IM driving from Madison,Wi to Memphis,Tn would it be cheaper to drive a mini van or a SUV?
im a bus driver but dont worry i take no offense. BUT DAMN what school district do you live in. when you said bus drivers are crazy i thought maybe i would agree with you but the stuff i see is NOTHING like that. (just the occassional speeding or hitting a curb)You would be crazy to if you drove with 80 screaming kids every day.
