Regular commuter to Nottingham from Derbyshire, How bad are the hold ups on the A52 at Bardill's Roundabout?

I am really dreading making the journey tomorrow to Nottingham, has anyone been through these road works yet, how bad are they? I was considering going through Risley but I have a horrible feeling it will be just as bad. Any advice please.

Well if u go some where and u have to be there major and people are driving so slow is wrong for u to be mad?

When you get to the A52/M1 Junction 25 get of the A52/M1 and go through Long Eaton on the A6005 and follow it through Chilwell and Beeston and it will bring you to the Dunkirk Flyover next to the Queens Medical Centre on the Nottingham Ring Road about a 400 yards from the Derby Rd A52 island if you turn left at the island at the Dunkirk Flyover.

Is a 70 minute commutte crazy?

Don't go to J26 of the M1 to get into Nottingham i went to J26 today and it was one big traffic jam with the diversion.

What's worse a middle-lane hogger or an outer-lane hogger?
