Driver ...need help?

Question:
whats a good way to find a driver to drive my fiancee around 8-10 hours a day...6 days a week...he owns his own marine electronics business...he has a suspended license and was sick of getting caught driving 3 times! so he needs to find a driver(if the one he currently has does not work out)...does advertising on my car with one of them white markers help? what would i put?
