I lost my lisence but don't remember the numbers. Can I still get it back?

Usually it is 3 yrs for DMV. In insurance, it is the renewal AFTER the ticket or accident becomes 3 yrs old. If it was a major violation (excessive speed, reckless driving, driving without insurance, DWI, etc) it could be 5 yrs or more where it can affect your insurance (but usually even these are only chargeable for 3 yrs).
