I was in a car accident today around 11:15 a.m. it is now 8:50p.m. and at the time they asked me if i needed medical attention but i said i was ok if i needed to go i would go later because i had to get to work. will this be on the settlement? im not asking because i want to screw them over i was just curious. what else should i do

Whenever anyone starts a question with "what will I get...", then he/she/it has probably seen an advertisement for some dumba** lawyer on TV and now thinks he/she/it is going to cash-in.Forget it.
