What is the phone number for the Texas Department of Public Safety in Smith County Texas?
You wont get insured unless you have a valid drivers license. You need your license first then you can get insurance. They wont insure someone without a drivers license lol.I've waited +2 weeks for NJ plates for a car I bought, and still dont have them! Is that too long?
Well, in just about every state - when you purchase a car - you have to have some proof of insurance before you walk drive off the lot.additionally, you have to show that you are insurable when you get your license - the idea being why would you want license to 'drive' without something to drive - and if you have something to drive - then it better have some insurance. Get it? I still don't.but I do understand. If you're 17, you probably need to allow your parents to sign you up - and believe me their insurance will INCREASE because they don't have a lot of faith in drivers 17-30. (men) It does go down for women - supposedly, we're the better drivers for safety and percautions - men take more chances - racing, etc. Good luck. How do I change the number and letter on my license plate? Do I have to pay annual fee for that?
it depends on your state in illinois you get insurance on a vehicle unless your being put on your parents policythe answer to the second part you do not have to have a lisence to get insurance on a vehicle because there are instances where you own a car but cant drive and you have someone that drives your car for you
No you do not have to have car insurance to get your license but I'm fairly sure you have to have a license to get car insurance.
In CA, are you able to take the driving test for the DMV on weekends?
Normally you will get your license first, and then insurance. Any other way is *** backwards...and is usually the way I do things. So be a trend setter....swim against the current. lolMore Questions & Answers ...
