Question:
: My finance company picked up car before the 30 day hold, in order to get it out of the impound they said I was behind on payments and they needed to reposses it. The real reason is to "save Me" money on the impound charges. I was completely up to date on payments. So by law could they do that? Now I have to drive to L.A.P.D get some release form relating to it being "repossed" before I can get my car back even though I was completely caught up. Please if anyone has any info or how and where I can look I would really appreciate it . Thank you

Ok so heres the deal my liscense was suspended in Pennsylvania...?
If you were indeed completely up to date on all payments, they had no reason to take your car. In this case you need to contact an attorney with your proof of payments and take action against the finance company. You should not have to pay any impound fees if the tow was not authorized, and in fact if what you are saying is true, someone can be charged with car theft for stealing your vehicle. I run a towing company, and I know that California has some of the most strict rules of any state when it comes to towing a vehicle without the owner's express permission.how can I find the lowest car insurance for a nissan van?
if it was on a 30 day hold it means you were driving without a lic,so you should not drive ,who ever took your car from the impound yard, you should go to the police and put them in jail but remember you could not have taken your car out of the impound yard with out a lic..
