Well, i'm guessing no. Cars that are super light and super fast are not super cheap. For a car like that, your talking a few hundred thousand. The Ariel atom looks great, but not street legal. So if you don't have money for a Ferrari or Porsche, then i would say you should look into the Lotus Elise. It isn't a hatchback and is the lightest car you will find for a reasonable price. Otherwise, there are various ways to make a car go fast without having it be super light.
