Question:
is having only liability ok?
Answers:
If im 18 and dont have drivers permit can i still take the test for a drivers liscence in illinois?
Depends entirely on your situation and needs. If you are driving a clunker worth perhaps $300 tops, it wouldn't make much sense to have full coverage including collision with a $500 deductible, that would be a waste of money.Florida driving question please answer?
If you have a brand new car, and are required by the lender to have full coverage, then you would have no choice.
Has anyone got a left hand drive car with air con.please give full details?
Ask yourself, "Could I afford to replace this out of pocket if I did something to wreck it?" If the answer is "yes" just get liability. If it's "no" look to extended coverage.
progressive!! allstate cancelled me 2 weeks before their safe driver rebates... go figure...depends on the vehicle you own.. is it paided for and are you a safe type of person?
I have Progressive and as far as I'm concerned they STINK at paying claims! I was rear-ended and broadsided within six months of each other and they played their games especially regarding injuries and the no-fault coverage because they were responsible even though they sue the other carriers for their losses!
I've moved on to Geico to see if they're any better at honoring their policies!
As for liability only, you have two questions to answer.
Is the car financed?
Are you wealthy enough to replace it if it's wrecked or totaled?
If the answer is "yes" and "no" respectively, you need other coverage like "collision" that more than likely you are supposed to have if the car is financed!
As long as the politicians are filling their pockets (with campaign contributions) from these corrupt bastards, nothing's going to change in our behalf!
Cheap car ins for 21 yrs male with ncb help?
If your car is older, it doesn't always make sense to get comprehensive and collision coverage. Let's say that it would cost me an additional $600 a year to comp. and coll. on my car. If the car's value is $1,500, than I'm better off sticking with liability only. Unless I'm a bad driver and think I very well may total my car in less that 3 yrs.For most everyone else, comp and coll. are worth it.
