As far as the speeding, uhh..you're going to loose.

Would it be my fault?

no it is aganst the law if you dont have insurance on a car.

I have a brand new Lamborghini Murcielago and some old lady hit me and ensurance wont cover what do i do...

If you could not provide proof of insurance when you were pulled over for speeding, you will be ticketed for no proof. If you mitigate the ticket, you could show proof of insurance now, and they likely will lower or drop the insurance ticket. That part has nothing to do with speeding, and you will need to tell the judge your story about why you feel you weren't speeding. He will decide your fine, I wouldn't be throwing the "probable cause" statement at him though.

How long do you have to report a car accident to insurance in Florida?

The insurance is on the car not the driver. That fact that you are insured to drive other vehicles has nothing to do with this vehicle.

Regarding a Semi-Truck Title...!?

You might be able to get out of the insurance ticket since it is so close to when you bought the car, depending on where you live.

I'm 22 years old, and i would like to get a driver's license in the state of florida.?

Almost positive you weren't speeding? Speedometer broken is it? Or you just don't look at it? If you didn't insure that car it really doesn't matter if you had insurance on 50 other cars. If it was insured, and you just didn't have your card, then the charge will just be failure to produce, which is minor. If it wasn't insured, and you were pulled over for speeding, take your lumps, and grow up.

Dealership mest up and didn't charge enough and are holding my truck hostage.?

When you go to court over this, just be sure to have the insurance card with you and show it to the judge. Better yet have your lawyer show the judge. If you can get off by going to traffic school then do it. It won't show up on your insurance then and that will save you a bunch of money that way.
