I was in a RTA August 2005 and put a claim in with Quantum Claims against the other driver. I was getting on a bus when a van ran into the back of us, he claimed he never saw the bus, but how can u miss a 54 seater bus, anyway its just going to court now as the van driver said it wasnt his fault!!Just go out in your car, wait until some poor sod is a bit to close to the back of you and jump on the breaks, he will hit you up the @ss and you can pretend that you have hurt your neck and you can claim on the poor sods insurance, if not just walk down the street and look for a slab in the pavement that is not quite level with the rest and pretend to trip over it, claim away, everyone else is, that's why your kids can't go on school adventure weekends any more... parasites.
