Question:
I just got my permit 3 days ago (aced the knowledge part), so now I'm trying to get ready to take the drivers test to get my license this summer.
If my NJ Drivers License is suspended. Can I get a license in any other state...?
I heard that you're not allowed to use two feet to take the test, you have to drive with just one foot. But it feels so much more comfortable for me to use two. Am I allowed to do that?
Is there any websites where you can find out a full detail of a car..?
What else can I expect when taking the driving test? I know I need to make sure the instructor wears a seatbelt or I'll fail, and that I get 3 chances on parallel parking and will fail if I hit a cone, but I don't know anything else about what to expect or what he/she will be watching me for. Any tips??
Any actual driving instructors out there? All input welcome. I live in Montgomery County, PA, but I'm sure the test can't be TOO different based on county or state, so non-PA related input welcome too!
When u have an insurance claim do they determine settlement by the retail value of your vehicle?
Thanks!

Is their a website were you can drive a car virtualy?
The two foot approach to driving is a practice more commonly referred to as "riding the brake". Your mechanic will LOVE you because you will wear out your brakes significantly faster than someone who does not drive that way. You can easily spot someone who does this because their brake lights stay on all the time.No Insurance Verification Ticket?
As to your test . Before you even start, make sure that the car you use is currently registered, inspected, and insured, and that all the lights are in proper working condition.
Any time you turn or change lanes always both check the mirror in the direction of the turn, and look over your shoulder.
Most importantly, just relax. You will do just fine. But what if you fail? What is the worst thing that will happen? You just take the test again, but this time you will know exactly what to expect and to plan for. Good Luck.
nope, not allowed to do 2 feet. Both yu and the instructor wear a seat belt. pleae make sure you signal when you turn. look both ways before you turn. Make sure you look behind you before you go into reverse.
I know when I as going through driver's ed, they taught us how to hold the steering wheel and such, but only to get us in the 'right' habits. As far as I know thay can't prevent you from driving however you feel most comfortable and safe.
Secialist health travel health insurers for pre existing health conditions in canada?
I'm assuming you mean driving an automatic transmission with 2 feet, (one on the gas, and one on the brake). That is a HORRIBLE idea, I don't know that it's illegal, but it can be dangerous. Say you're in a situation that requires you to make a sudden move, most likely your body will tense up and you'll push both the brake and the gas, and not be able to stop in time. and I'm also sure that driving with both feet makes your body surge forward when braking, since your "other" foot doesn't have the finesse required for proper braking.Unless you are driving a stick shift, two feet is not allowed, not should you do it at all! Practice, practice, practice. Go to driving school.
Daughter just got her driving licence?
Well, I live in PA, and where I took my test (which wasn't too long ago), if you mess up once parallel parking, you're done. The actual test itself wasn't too difficult, but you really have to know what you're doing. And I would strongly advise against driving with two feet. I tried that when I was starting, but my parents told me it wasn't a good idea. What if you get into a sticky spot, and you forget which foot to press? It's alot safer to drive with one foot, so just practice that way, and it will come naturally.More Questions & Answers ...
