Answers:
Why are U.K. number plates white in front, yellow at rear?
NO! dont sell it without a title, the new owner may use it for a crime (drive by, rob a bank or God knows what else), get in an accident that disables or kills someone, and guess who is held responsible? YOU.Go to your tax office get a lost title paper, fill it out and turn it in so they can send you a new title. Then sell the van.
