I was hit really hard from behind causing me to slide in the back of a car. My car was a total loss the other driver told the police she had a problem with her brakes. Her insurance company cut me a decent check for my totalled car. A month later I began to feel pain and started going to the chiropracter. He then gave me the scoop on on contacting an attorney to get a case with her insurance company. The first year they tried to settle with me a little money, I refused. The second yr they did the same with a slight increase. Now its time to settle and I don't know what to expect. Im suffering from neck and back problems.

oh if there's a chance you will have these pains for the rest of your life you could get some good cabbage especially if you will need a doctor's care and medicine for the rest of your life.
