I need a receipt?
I helped my friend to move from Las Vegas to California - I've driven his car to San Francisco. But for to pay me , he said that he wants to have a receipt from a moving company, so he can get his money back later from his boss. If you guys have any ideas how and where I can get one please let me know

You can buy receipt books at any stationery store. There are general receipts, rent receipts and other types as well. Since you don't need anything other than a receipt for his moving expenses, I'm sure his boss will accept a plain every-day receipt. You can type your name as a moving company, since there's no way the boss is going to check by phoning the company anyway.
