Had a car accident. Don't believe I was at fault. What do you think?

Question:
I was driving down a street and intending to park to my passenger side. There were cars already parked on this side. I drove parallel to these cars, but as there was plenty of space I could drive straight in to a park. All of a sudden there was contact with my car on my passenger side. I turned away and then pulled over. The other driver was already out of their car yelling and screaming when I got out of mine. "Didn't you see me. I had my indicator on?" was the first thing they said. I told them to relax and looked at both cars. I said "If you had your indicator on then you hit me as you pulled out" The lady changed her story to "I had only just got in to the car and was stationary" so I said "how did you manage to get your indicator on then?" there were 3 people in the car. The damage is deepest towards the front of the damage on my car. The mirrors did not hit each other. The damage is on the front and side of her bumper.

Answers:

Affected by fire accident or affected by the fire accident which is correct?

I a case such as this, I would say she was at fault for pulling out of her parking space before looking to see if there were any cars around. The claims adjuster may see it differently. I think worst case scenerio will be that each of you will have to take care of your own vehicle. I don't see how they COULD find you at fault for this one.

I lost my license for 3 years,I can get it back in may,Can I get a high risk insurance quote online now?

Unfortunately, the insurance companies will hammer it out but more than likely (since you probably can't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt) you both will be held 50-50 accountable! I had a similar experience many years ago where I pulled into a convenience store parking lot and as I drove past other vehicles all of a sudden my vehicle rocked side ways. This woman backed out of her parking space without looking! However, she told police I side swiped her! It was very obvious to anyone with basic intelligence that I had a direct dent in my side door and no where else. Had I side swiped her as she claimed, my vehicle would have been damaged bumper to bumper. I actually was surcharged for the accident even after a vigorous protest! Insurance companies stick together and when they can both make "MONEY" on the incident, they're going to fleece everyone!!!!!
