How long of a window do i have after license expires?
Depends on the car, paint and who the car owner goes too for the quote. For a minor ding and some paint, could be anywhere from $250.00 - $500.00.. again depends. What are your opinions about the different car insurance companies? Which one is the best?
If you're in Queensland, the damage must exceed $2,500.00 before the Police need to get involved.

Dings in Car Parks are common, maybe we should all use public transport!
I know that there is a way to get paid to put advertisements on your car?
If I were you I would not report it to the insurance agency. Don't know what state you live in but in mine if the damage is worth under a thousand dollars you do not have to report it. I would consider speaking to the person you hit in the parking lot about you paying to repair their car on a personal basis. It would be cheaper doing this than thaking the risk to having a higher insurance premium every month.Tell him you will pay for it and let them get an estimate. Normally a small wink like that is about $300.00 tops there abouts.
Car Totalled - Insurance Claim Question?
agree with the first answer, plus, you can easily remove scratches with wax. a drop of kit (brand name of a wax product, don't know if it's available in your area) wipe it circularly with soft clothe, and voila, the scratches are gone.No more than about $100 US, off the top of my head.
