I brought a custom R-reg number plate for my car because it ended in my initials. I was legally allowed to register and replace my R-reg car's number plate with the custom one no problem.
I now have an N-reg car. I understand that there is a law about misrepresenting a car - making it seem younger than it is, I'm not trying to do that. It's only 2 years difference after all, I'm just trying to keep my initials.
