Question:
1. I was rear ended by some chick in a BMW, I have a 95 Crown Vic in poor (Cosmectic) condition, but it drives fine. She skuffed up my bumber and put a crack in the light. I went to get an estimate (Because she wanted to pay out of pocket because she is a Multimillion dollar producer realestate agent) I said fine, the damages came up to 900 dollars. then her husband said for her to go through her insurance. Problem is my car has a salvage title... ( I dont know what difference what makes...)
My father has a car with a liability insurance can i take my driving test with this car?
Now... I dont want my car fixed, it is not worth fixing, are they going to give me a check?
2. I went to the hospital the night after the accident with neck and head injuries but it is all muscle related so i have two perscription and im basically drugged up til the pain goes away... are they going to pay me for that too? Am I going to receive a check for pain and suffering or something?
. She has Progressive Insurance, and I dont have insurance... how does that work??
Thanks!!

Florida minimum car insurage recuaitmet?
As long as she has insurance, it's all good. Make sure you get her to pay for both the damage to your car (it doesn't matter that it's a salvage title because she hit you) and the injuries she caused you.I sold my car (virginia) but I lost the plates to turn itto dmv. HELPPPPPP?
get a lawer this will get you that big checkMy car was broken into arrrrrrrr..?
Your vehicle will likely total. If it does.. the salvage title means you only get 40% of the actual cash value of your vehicles. If your vehicle is not totalled- the salvage title will not affect your check. What year did black and silver number plates become illegal in uk?
As far as your injury.. you are only owed above and beyond your medical bills IF you have a permenant injury. That being said, they may throw you a few hundred bucks over medicals to get you to settle. Dont listen to the guy that says to get a lawyer to get a "big check"- thats ridiculous and untrue. He obviously watches too much lawyers on tv. an injury like this is absolutely not worth getting a lawyer for - you will end up with less.
Car crash! Have you any good advice for dealing with insurance companies?
btw.. since you have no insurance.. you better pray that you dont live in a "no pay, no play" state. In this case.. if you dont have insurance of yoru own.. you cannot get money from the at fault party. How could you drive without insurance?! Do you have any idea how dangerous that is?! What if you had rearended someone and everyone in their car had injuries?! Do you realize that youd be paying tens of thousands of dollars for years and years to come? I actually hope you dont get a settlement. People who drive without insurance are a danger to people who work hard for a living and struggle but still do the right thing and have insurance. You should be ashamed- you want pain and suffering money but dont have your own insurance. Ha.
How could i get my title to my car after a company go out of business?
and btw.. insurance IS required in every state in america. IN a few its not required IF and only IF you have tens of thousands of dollars in the bank. I know waht else your gonna say "im a safe driver". Well thats great... but what if another driver runs a red light and blames it on you... and you have no defense because you have no insurance company? What if this other driver breaks his back in the accident? Are you prepared to deal with that? Do you know how much you are playing with fire? Again.. you should be so ashamed.
Ned to update paper licence 4 plastic + have points removed, how much do I pay.?
Depends on your state...if you live in CA, you're barred from recovering for anything other than reasonable medical expenses related to your injury, so no pain & suffering for you.First automobile accident. How much will my payments increase?
They owe you for the cost of repairs, or in the event of a total loss they owe you the ACV and they take the car (unless you retain salvage, than it's ACV - salvage amount).
