as the registered keeper of the vehicle you will have to declare who was driving under section 172 of the RTA. Which in a nutshell means you have to snitch or you get in trouble yourself.

You don't have to say it was your friend, but if you don't the ticket is down to you.

Drunk driving?

If you don't want your friend to get the ticket then don't. If you think she should pay it because it was her fault, then you can. It depends on the matter, if it's something important then tell. If not then I guess it's okay to let it go.

An anyone tell me if i need a photo driving licence to hire a car in USA or is the paper one still valid thank

What is the solution to our wrecked vehicle and insurance not paying?

That's the problem with red light cameras. They only track the owner because of the license plate, so you get the ticket. And you said you're not gonig to snitch, so why does it even matter?

Depends on the ticket. If there are no points attached to it, which is true of most jurisdictions, they don't care who was driving, just pay the ticket and make your friend cover it. If there are points, then definitely id the driver. You would have to be crazy to let points go on your licence if you aren't the driver.
