Want to know the fees involved in trasnfer of a Car from Bangalore to Mumbai.?

Car has KA04.. Registration, registered on 11.06.2004
NOC from Bangalore RTO - Yes done - Dated 26.11.2006
4.5% Octroi paid.
Provided by my company and was bought under leased finance. Hence the car is in the name of finance company only and not in my name.
Please let me know:
Whether Entry tax is to be paid. If Yes as what percent of purchase / present value of the car.
What is the One time road tax to be paid. ( considering the car is in the name of finance company )
What are the charges applicable for registration and number plate change.
Also let me know if there are any other fees involved.
