Your bare minimums for "full coverage" insurance will be the liability portion, comprehensive and collision. You will have to sign a rejection in order not to carry uninsured motorist coverage. Also know that if your bike has any optional equipment or modifications, you need to make your insurance company aware because if you total the bike or it is stolen, they will basically pay for an "out of the box" version of the bike (harleys often have lots of optional equipment even if it is put on by the dealership and is purchased off the showroom floor).
