To start off, there are no such things as "Accidents". It's simply human error. Everytime something is said to have been an accident, look at the situation... it was caused by human error, therefore it was'nt an accident, it was simply a person not being alert or paying attention.

It's an occurrence or event that interrupts normal procedure; ie: the car wreck on freeway during rush hour on the way home from work, which makes you an extra 2 hours late to get home because people do not know how to drive.
