First of all, you shouldn't be driving alone while on a learners permit.
Second, Most insurance companies jack up the rates as soon as any persons within the household reaches driving age regardless if they have a license or not. But that does not mean you're covered. Your parents would be liable as it is their car. You would lose driving rights for a couple of years.
Bottom line, it isn't worth all the headache. Don't Do It!
