My car that i am paying for was parked in my driveway and ended up with a bullet hole,does insurance cover it

i live in Housing and would like to know whether they are responsible since they rented the center for a party from where the bullets came from. Why do i have to pay a deductible. Who is responsible please help.

I would move if I was you. I live in the country where there is a lot of hunting. I never had a bullet hole in my truck. Yes you are stuck with the deductible.
