Where can I find which states require for vehicles to have front licence plates?

Normally when you work Indepenently you are suppose to take a examine every 2 years and you get tested. But also when you drive for a company besides every 2 years it all sdepends on the safety director of the company to decide how many random tests to take.

Company drivers can be randomly tested at any time. If I remember rightly a long form D.O.T. physical is good 2 years

About how much is RV insurance?

With my CDL I have to do a drug test every time I renew my Medical Examination, which is every 2 years. Plus for insurance reasons my company has all drivers take at least one randomly every year. Sometimes with it being random a driver may get hit for a test more then once a year, the most I did was three in one year. That is my company's way of doing things, I know other company's do things differently but to have a CDL to drive trucks one must take a drug test at least once every two years.
