I bought a salvaged car 4 months ago and dealer is failed to get a certificate of title. What should I do?

Question:

Answers:

my sisters car was totaled by another driver his fault can the insurance company make her pay her deductible?

First I would report him to you state automotive deals association and then file a complaint with the better business bureau. Next I would file a complaint with the state consumer fraud division and lastly I would contact your D.M.V with your bill of sale and see if they can't help you with a salvage title. I hope this helps.

Is there an alternate way to get a car title in florida ?

I would contact local police department to see if this "dealer" has any complaints concerning same issue, talk to Department of Motor Vehicles, you could also apply for a lost title?
