a serious car accident, with 50 thousand medical bill, and stil adding for physical therepy later on.. i was in the pasenger side of a fren's car, was speeding and crashed..there is no insurance on car... what would u do next? Sue? or not? i just want some opinions. It was a good friend.

if he's a good friend, he'll voluntarily pay your bills. you don't have to sue...you can claim through another company if they had no insurance or criminal injuries but you have to ring police etc to get crime number etc
if you have your own auto policy, file a claim there.you may be able to access your own coverage.
