How many questions are on the Illinois driving written exam?
I think this sounds like a bulls**t offer too. I probably wouldnt settle for anything less than $20,000.Good Luck!
if you were not injured, don't expect to get much.
can I drive my own off duty taxi cab without a taxi license in NYC?
consult a personal injury attorneyhow do you find the owner of a license plates?
u should consider lost time at work, pain & suffering if u have any, medical bills, loss of your bike.i would consult a lawyer if i were u.u might be able to get a whole lot more.
You should contact a lawyer. The initial consultation should be free, if it's not, keep looking until you find one who will provide it free. I work for attorneys. The attorney will tell you if you have a case or not. Don't go by what the insurance company tells you.
swearved to avoid the person that drove right out in front of me and damaged my car. who pays?
My thought is to make sure you get enough to replace your bike. As far as deciding how much extra, remember that a lawyer will most likely get 1/3 of your settlement. You don't mention being injured - I'm happy to hear that! Good luck, but don't be too greedy. I wish you had told what the charges were for the truck driver (was he drinking, on drugs, ill, etc?). That should make a huge difference in what you decide to do about the accident. Were you personally hurt physicaly
Should we be able to put insurance bets on young male drivers?
Of course you want a new bike but think about the long term health cost as you get older an accident can slow you down and cause lots of med bills
does anyone know what is classed as minors on the practical driving test?
sounds like the bike is paid for were you hurt if yes get the cash for the bike and dont sign off on the medical for at least 1 year untill all your bills are paid and you see if there are any long term hurts dont go for the max as it raises all our rates just do what is fair and dont come out on the short endGot into accident. Insurance sent a 2-party check (me+bodyshop). Can I cash/keep the check somehow?
get an atty, its going to cost probably 30% ,but its the best thingdvla retention certificate stolen?
You have to understand that just because you were in an accident doesn't mean that you will get paid because of it. What injuries did you sustain? Were they serious injuries?how can my sister get her permitt?
If you were hit by a truck, they definitely have more money than 10K. But they are looking at this from an injury perspective. How injured are you? How has this impacted your life?
If you don't take it, then you have to take the chance of not getting anything, less, or more, when and if your case makes it to court.
If your lawyer puts this into suit and they won't budge from the 10K, then you will end up waiting another year to get the same amount.
Are you maimed for life? Did you spend months in a hospital bed? Did you get a boo-boo? Sounds like you just want to cash in on the insurance lottery. Scum like you make me nauseous.
