in some cases they wouldn't even put a restriction on your license at all and if they did it would only be for one year for that charge there,they cant really count it as leaving the scene ,unless you did leave and they found you later on,id call the drivers license bureau ,and ask them about this they should be able to tell you exactly how long any restriction can stay against your license,good luck with it,i hope this helps.How do I prevent myself from getting taken advantage of by the car insurance companies?
