The Boom truck was behind locked doors in our shop. Which our employee had a key to. It was 2 am. He has no liscense and no permission to drive any vehicle. The only person who drives that truck is the owner. Absolutely noone has any permission to drive it. The police saw the accident and followed him to our house. They arrested him. He will be charged w/ fleeing an accident, DUI. Stolen vehicle, and eluding the police. I just want to know, what, if any, responsibility we have. Since the truck was stolen and it was in an accident.

It sounds like a dream scenario for an Insurance company. If the vehicle wasn't reported stolen, there is probably a clause saying the accept no responsibility if not. Well your vehicle insurance is going to be paying for the damage so I wouldn't really worry too much. But As far as any other legalties I think it might be a good idea to talk with a lawyer. Don't worry about it too much, your insurance will pay for any damages to property done by the thief. It will not however pay any of his fines but I'm sure you don't care about that.
