You didn't say it was repossessed in error so I am assuming you were expecting it so why didn't you have your personal property out of the car & in your house? You have to take responsibility for your own actions. Did you check the big plastic bag - (how much stuff did you have in there?) - to be sure all of your possessions were in there before you left the impound? The stuff I keep in my car could fit in a small paper bag - some paperwork, an umbrella, a scraper, a tissue box & a garbage bag. The only thing big in there is a carseat.Take the jeans as a loss as well as whatever else they took. Try to make your payments on time next time. The car is worth more than the things you had in it. I personally hate to make payments on a car. I buy in cash so I won't have to pay interest. Maybe you should consider doing this , that way you won't have a car payment and you can spend your money on what you love. CLOTHES!
