Is there any way 2 AVOID losing your CDL after getting into and accident with no insurance?

Question:
If my husband loses his CDL, he loses his job ans then we have no income. We thought that we had insurance on his truck but the insurance co. only put insurance on our SUV (that was not involved in acc)

Answers:

How can I recover full reimbursement from party at fault?

If you had proof that you asked that the company insure your truck, go back to that company & present it to them - did they give you an ID card? Did you pay premium for the vehicle? Also, did you LOOK at your policy when it came in the mail to be sure it was correct?
IF you can prove that you requested coverage (& when it was requested), the company may go back and cover the accident & there will be no problem. It may be a fight but it sounds like it will be worth it.
Good luck.

About how much is RV insurance?

If you didn't have insurance on the truck, then you can not avoid losing the CDL.
Sorry
