My Canadian Classmate?

I have a classmate at my local college who is from Ontario. The registration on her Honda Civic will expire in June 2007. Should I taunt her and make fun of her "Canadianess"?

Does one need to live in a state to get a drivers license there?

Furthermore, once the registration expires on her car how will she keep in registered in the States?

Ok, is she here on a student visa or is she now a USA citizen. If she's here on a visa she can probably renew her registration through the mail. And if you want to know about Ontario, ask her. Just don't be obnoxious about it.
