I live in Missouri and when I got my first DWI I got a lawyer right away because they can put you in jail if you don't the fee here is about around $500. The fine here in Missouri on the first DWI is $500 plus Court cost. You need to attend satop class right away, and get your SSR22 insurance and pay your $45 reinstatement fee before your 30 day suspension is up and they should send you a restricted limited driving privilege without applying they did mine. It does suck to have a DWI. Your pockets definitely get drained. I got two DWI's and I will get no more because the third time is a felony! Good luck to you!
