Answers:

What is the penalty for leaving the scene 0f an accident?

i work on the motorways useing hi-abs every day you need to have the hgv class2 costs around £1500 tray and get in to a firm what does skip driveing and they should put him on all the right trainning courses what dosent cost him apenny but the hgv liscence he proberly have to pay half with the firm but they usualy contract him for a few years good luck

What insurance company is the best?

There are lots of traning centres all over the uk where you can do hi-ab, as for skip truck, unless it is below 7500kg and most are 10000kg and over you will need an LGV cat C, you should be able to find training centre local to you on the net.
