A body shop has not satisfactorily repaired my car from a collision but said all work is complete. My insurance company inspected it and admitted several mistakes and sent a check payable to me for the new work that’s needed. Why can’t the body shop fix their sloppy work? Why the extra money? Is my insurance company trying to pay me off? What are my resources?
