When there is a car accident does the drivers insurance company pay if there is alcohol involved?

Question:
Was curious if a person has life insurance and is in a car accident where they are drinking and driving does the insurance pay. Ultimately it is their own fault so I wasnt sure how that works?

No the insurance wouldn't pay out, the person who has been drinking shouldn't be on the road so it is instantly their fault.

How do you get a permit in the state of Washington?

Nope definatley NOT!

How do you transfer car registration to another state?

i own a shop ,and i have a policy like that ,it will pay off if certain precautions was taken to make sure the driver could have been safe, such as wearing a seat belt, and so on,even though alcohol could be involved they will still pay off,but there's a waiting period on it,its not immediate ,like it would be if was just a plain accident, with no unusual circumstances involved,,and then again all insurance company's operate differently ,you,ll just have to read one of there policy's on this part of it,good luck maybe this will help.

How long does it take to learn driving??

My SUV was involved in a hit and run a few months ago (I was not in the vehicle) the guy who owned the vehicle that hit mine, lent his "new''Blazer'' out to a friend that night and she was SO drunk she actually hit 5 vehicles , and mine was a ''total' and his insurance company paid everything. Unless there is a signed clause in the policy, I would think they would pay, but you are asking about an life insurance policy, that may be different.

Should I go to traffic court over an expired registration ticket?

Actually you are asking a question about LIFE rather than car insurance, so you are getting some confusing answers. But generally speaking, no, life insurance would investigate and probably deny the claim based on the cause of death being, or bordering on, suicide, which they don't cover.

Drop collision and comp car insurance?

Of course the drunk drivers insurance pays. That is why the drunk pays such high premiums. If in fact he does have insurance.

What company has the cheapest auto coverage for someone with bad credit.?

OH Sorry, I misread. If the drunk dies. then the insurance company will investigate to see if it was suicide, if not then they will pay. Unless otherwise stated in the dead drunk dudes policy...
