You'll get banned after the next flash 12 and out, I got flashed 3 times in a two week period in Glasgow once on a four lane carriageway doing 38 mph, ridiculace for strangers! and after 10 years driving in London without so much as a parking ticket it depends how greedy and sneaky the councils are and Glasgows takes some beating. What is the maximum amount of times you can try your driving test, fail it, and get to do it again??
You will get 3 points on your licence plus a fine. You will lose (get disqualified) when you have 12 points on your licence. The points last for 3 years. You can apply to DVLA to have your points removed from your licence after 4 years from the date of the points being added. Please note they only count as points on your licence for 3 years. (DVLA will not remove points from a licence immediately these points are no longer valid, in case a further motoring offence has been committed BEFORE the existing points have expired.) Hope this is helpful.ABOUT CAR INSURANCE: what COMPREHENSIVE and COLISION mean?
3 points (plus fine). Achieve 12 points & you learn to walk again. In the meantime, looks like you need to learn about speed limits.More Questions & Answers ...
