i have just been granted my visa to stay in uk but have a international driving license how do i change it to uk license

My husband is South African and he just went to the post office and asked for the form, filled it in and sent it away, along with his international licence and if I remember correctly, he needed to send a copy of his ID book too! Really simple, and just so you know, you DO NOT need to re-sit you driving test, you already have a licence, they just send you out a british one! It was a couple of years ago that my husband changed his over, so I cant remember how much it costs, but all that info is on the form from the post office. It only takes a couple of weeks!
