I just checked the D.O.T. website and it says that you are allowed to use Bluetooth or any other type of "Hands-free" device, but you could still be charged if you don't have proper control of your car at all times, i wouldn't worry about this act, its there to stop those idiots who drive with phone stuck to their ears and don't pay attention to what is in front of them.. Don't know about you but these clowns cut me up on the road EVERY day!!Yes and your phone must be held in holder. You could use voice activation to make a call. I have bluetooth and I try to avoid using it.
theoretically yes you can use bluetooth but the police can still stop you for pressing the button to answer your phone whilst driving so you are advised to set the phone to auto answer if you have it and this will stop this from happening
