I have lost my matriculation certificate. How can I have a duplicate of it.?
I would call the claim rep back, keep her on the phone while you fax the information again & stay on the phone while she looks at it & that it has the information she needs. This should get the claim going. If this doesn't then speak to a supervisor in the claims department. As for the police report, ask if you can write a sworn statement for your side of the story of the accident. Ask if you can add this as an amendment to the police report. I don't know if that will work but I have seen statements handwritten by the people involved in an accident attached to the police report. Why are number plates white at the front and yellow at the back?
Call the claims office that is handling your claim, and ask to speak with either the manager on duty, or with the regional manager for that office. Explain to them the situation, and if they continue to give you a hard time, then contact the insurance commissioner for that state... As far as the police go, I would suggest contacting the commissioners office there and letting them know..What is SR-22 and how does one go about getting it?
What you need to do is file a complaint aginst the officer because they'er the first on the scene when accidents like that happens. File a report on that officer that you talked to and you might can sue the police department that the officer works for!More Questions & Answers ...
